Food, Education and Citizenship Seminar 2 July Hereford

Seminar organised by the Open University and the Bulmer Foundation, Thursday 2 July, at the Bulmer Foundation, Wye Street Hereford, from 10.30-3pm, will look at the prospect for a food studies curriculum for Herefordshire. Speakers include Geoff Andrews, Shirley Alikhan, Tom Jaine, Joanna Lewis from the Soil Association, Jackie Schneider from Sustain, Henry Hoffman, University of Gastronomic Sciences/Slow Food UK, and others, including local producers.
